Who we are
Ruvo exists because businesses deserve a clearer answer before they spend. We start by finding the gaps, setting priorities, and deciding what will make the greatest difference. We're not a vendor you call when you need something. We're an extension of your business, the people thinking about your brand even when you're not.
The story behind Ruvo
A company would hire separate people for its brand, website, campaigns, signs, apparel, and print. Each piece might work alone, but no one was responsible for deciding what mattered first or making the whole system hold together.
We thought there had to be a better way. And conveniently, the two of us had spent our careers developing two very different skill sets that fit together remarkably well.
Charlie sees people.
Michelle sees possibilities.
Charlie opens doors.
Michelle figures out what we do once we walk through.
Charlie says, “I know a guy.”
Michelle says, “Of course you do.”
And somewhere in between those two things, Ruvo happens: a brand visibility agency built around a simple idea, before we decide what to make, let's figure out what we're trying to accomplish.
We start with strategy. We study the business, the market, the competition, the customer, and the opportunities. Through our relationship with RRD and access to consumer intelligence and audience targeting, we can go even deeper and help businesses understand who they should be reaching and where to find them.
No two businesses need the same thing. What you're trying to accomplish, who you're trying to reach, what voice you want to be seen and heard with, that's different for everyone. Sometimes the answer is obvious and we just build it: shirts, signage, a direct mail piece. Sometimes it isn't, and that's exactly what the Brand Market Analysis is built to figure out. And sometimes it's neither, just a quick add-on to something already running, or revisiting the Market Analysis once things have changed.

Owner + Chief Boss Lady
I'm Michelle, owner and founder of Ruvo Solutions. Depending on the day my actual job title could be strategist, creative director, problem solver, designer, researcher, or project manager.
I've spent over 25 years in apparel and promotional products, built entirely on my own, on top of a full-time career, while raising a family. Nights, weekends, whatever time was left. I hold degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Merchandising Management, and I've spent decades since putting that education to work: decorating methods, supplier relationships, production timelines, and knowing what actually holds up in the real world versus what only looks good in a catalog.
Before Ruvo, I spent close to two decades supporting directors, senior leadership, and a vice president through five straight corporate rebrands, keeping calendars, budgets, and cross-functional teams running through constant change. Along the way I planned everything from corporate meetings to full-scale events and parties, the kind of work where a hundred small details all have to land right, or nobody notices any of them.
Running that much change taught me to see problems early. I love taking something that is almost there and figuring out what would make it better. My brain naturally connects strategy and creativity. I can look at a business, its brand, its customers, its competition, and the way it shows up in the marketplace, and immediately start seeing opportunities. Sometimes that means a better message, a campaign, a logo refresh, or new brand messaging. Sometimes it's simpler than that: talking to a client and realizing their story is amazing, but nobody knows it.
Outside the day job I'm a sports enthusiast, a BSU football season ticket holder, a mentor, a business owner, a mom, and a wife.
I've been building Ruvo from the ground up since July 2025, no outside investment, no ad spend, just referrals and relationships, one client at a time.
Chief Strategy Officer + Relationship Dude
I've spent my career at the intersection of relationships, strategy, marketing, and community.
My experience with Valassis and Vericast gave me a strong foundation in targeted marketing, consumer behavior, direct mail, and using data to help businesses reach the right people, not just more people. My time with 3R Painting brought that experience into the small-business and trades world, where I saw firsthand that good marketing has to do more than look good. It needs to create opportunities, build trust, strengthen relationships, and help businesses grow.
I love looking at a business, a challenge, or even a crazy idea and asking, “What could this become?”
Then I figure out the people, strategy, and resources needed to make it happen. That mindset goes well beyond business. I'm passionate about community, mentorship, and creating opportunities for others. That passion led me to help create the TRS Foundation and Golden Hammer Initiative, connecting young people with opportunities in the skilled trades and bringing businesses, educators, and the community together around the next generation of skilled professionals.
Sports have shaped a lot of who I am, too. I'm a lifelong sports enthusiast, coach, and mentor, and I believe many of the same things that build great teams build great businesses: relationships, preparation, accountability, creativity, and giving people an opportunity to succeed.
Now I get to bring all of those pieces together at Ruvo Solutions as the Chief Strategy Officer + Relationship Dude. I get to build relationships, develop strategy, create partnerships, dream up ideas, and help businesses stand out, build recognition, and win the work.
The best part is that I get to build Ruvo alongside Michelle: my best friend, life partner, mother of our children, and partner in this crazy adventure for 30 years.

And why build it together?
Because after 30 years together, raising a family, building businesses, coaching kids, creating community programs, starting foundations, surviving each other's ideas, and having approximately 47,000 conversations that started with “You know what we should do…”, we realized something.
Most business owners don't need another vendor. They need someone to carry the weight of figuring it all out, who to trust, what to buy, what actually works, so they can get back to running their business.
Strategy plus creativity plus relationships. That's why we built Ruvo. To take that weight off good businesses so they can become better ones. To help great brands get noticed. To connect people. To create things we're proud of. To do some good in our community along the way. And ultimately, to help businesses get seen, get remembered, and get chosen.
