Your name, email address, company, phone number, and anything else you choose to tell us when you contact us, request a download, or place an order. If you complete our client intake form, we also collect the business details and any files you choose to upload. We also collect basic, non-identifying usage information about how people move through this site.
To answer your question, send the file you asked for, quote and produce your order, and occasionally share resources we think are useful. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade your email address or phone number.
Only the service providers we use to run the business and deliver your work: our website host and database, our CRM, our email, file storage, e-signature, and other software tools, including AI tools, our payment processors, and the fulfillment partners, printers, suppliers, and carriers that produce and ship your order. They get only what they need to do that job, and we never let them use it for their own marketing.
If you download a resource or ask us to stay in touch, you may hear from us. Every message includes a way to opt out, and we honor it right away.
We only text you if you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts about your project or order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help. Ruvo Solutions LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
This site uses Google Analytics and our website host's built-in analytics to understand which pages are useful and how people find us. These tools use cookies and collect basic, non-identifying information like pages visited, device type, and general location. We never send your name, email, or form answers to them. You can block cookies in your browser settings and still use the site.
Information submitted through this site is stored with our hosting and database providers. Contact and intake details are also copied into our CRM and your project files so we can prepare your work and keep track of it. When you accept our terms on an intake form, we keep a record of when you accepted and which version of the terms you accepted. We keep project and billing records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and accounting requirements, and we delete the rest when it is no longer needed.
If we give you access to our client portal, you will see your proofs, final files, reports, agreements, and invoices there. Your files stay in our secure file storage and the portal shows each client only their own. If you accept or sign an agreement in the portal, we record your name, the date and time, and the version you accepted. Keep your login to yourself and your team, and tell us right away if you think someone else has it.
If you give us a customer or prospect list for a direct mail or marketing campaign, we use it only for that campaign. We never add it to our own marketing, we share it only with the print and mail partners producing your campaign, and we delete it or return it when the campaign is done unless you ask us to keep it for a future run.
This site is secured with an active SSL / TLS certificate. All traffic and form submissions are fully encrypted in transit over HTTPS. We do not collect or store credit card or payment card numbers on this site; invoices and payments are handled separately through secure, dedicated payment processors. Any project details or files you submit through our forms are stored securely with encrypted database and storage providers, protected by row-level access controls so only authorized systems can reach them.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we have, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will take care of it.
This site and our services are for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
